Paolo Belligi

Paolo is a former Gendarmerie  inspector. 

With 40 years on the ground, he’s seasoned professional who brings over 21 years of experience gained in Justice, Security and Defense of Public Administration area, serving worldwide, from Central America to Africa and Middle East, also under aegis of UN United Nations. 

Rugby player, studies in Investigation and safety science and Master in Privacy and Business culture, Paolo is the founder and CEO of  Focus & Partners Sagl, AOT Srl and Dismissed srl, investigative and security risk companies, in Switzerland and Italy respectively based. AOT Srl has been awardes as best company in corporate investigation during the 2024 Italian Forensic Awards . Paolo is also partner at INALF  Istituto nazionale di linguistica forense (forensic linguistic) and Ops director of Balkans Associates regarding the operations in the balcans region and Nabataeans Advisors المستشارين الأنباط active in many MENA countries and based in Dubai, UAE.

He’s licensed Private Investigator in Italy and Switzerland. In addition, Paolo is member of few International associations: IASIU, SPDA, FSPD, IAATI, VCI, GMI, WAD, ONISSF, BNI, FORENSIXHUB, FEDERPRIVACY and UNDECOM.

per il buon esito delle operazioni; gestire operazioni composite e con ritmi lavorativi elevati.                                                    Ebbene, questo complesso contesto non preclude che il lavoro debba essere eseguito con la massima riservatezza e a regola d’arte, ponendo molta attenzione ai dettagli. I nostri investigatori, che lavorano in esclusiva per noi (nella nostra azienda non esistono collaborazioni con personale free lance), hanno assimilato il mestiere per mezzo di un tutoraggio costante, che gli ha permesso di diventare autonomi e risorsa fondamentale per la crescita della società. 

Siamo andati controcorrente, rivoluzionando e ridisegnando tutti i passaggi delle fasi organizzative della nostra azienda, azzerando le gerarchie, coinvolgendo i collaboratori, con l'obiettivo di creare una sorta di sistema nervoso autonomo nell'azienda, creando un processo di redistribuzione delle responsabilità. I nostri investigatori sono autorizzati in Italia e in Svizzera e sostengono costantemente corsi di aggiornamento tecnico  professionale, in Svizzera e all’estero.

Focus has focused on young people, selecting collaborators with a desire to work and learn a fascinating profession, but difficult at the same time. It is a profession distinct by a continuous management of variables,  must be applied, often in a very short time and taking initiative, strategic decisions, for the success of operations. 

Manage composite operations with high working rates. Our investigators, who work exclusively for us (in our company there are no collaborations on call or with freelance staff), have assimilated the job by means of constant mentoring, that allowed him to become autonomous and a fundamental resource for the growth of society. Our investigators are licensed in Switzerland and Europe, support constantly professional technical training courses, in Switzerland and abroad.
